This special event also shines a spotlight on our War-Torn Program, which rescues vulnerable animals from war zones and reunites them with the brave U.S. service members who found comfort, strength, and love in them while serving overseas. These incredible rescues not only save lives but help heal the invisible wounds of war, creating powerful second chances for heroes—both two-legged and four-legged.
