Lou who is currently in foster and thriving is available for adoption. This gorgeous boy has an interesting story rescued by a service member deployed in the Middle East.

Lou was brought to safety in America through our War-Torn Pups and Cats program to find a happy life here with a Veteran or First Responder. Lou is a sensitive boy who has overcome many challenges in his young life, and he is learning he is safe now.

Lou is currently in foster care and doing well with his training and has become so much more confident.

He has shown himself to be so loving and highly intelligent, and enjoys playing fetch, squeaky toys and racing squirrels!

His soldier was unable to adopt Lou himself due to his commitment to our military and it is his wish that Lou finds a happy, loving home.
